Busy open house @
16531 Batchellors Forest Road. 5 groups through in the first hour before I had to leave to attend to my house heating system failing in sub-freezing weather (Yikes!). The sellers have just reduced the asking price $25K, which may have contributed to some of the overall Open House traffic. Hopefully one of the groups will bring an offer in this week.
